If you are registering as an ONTABA member, you must register for the conference using the e-mail account you used to create your ONTABA membership account. This is to verify membership.

What topics will be covered at the conference? 

The presentation topics for this year are as follows:

Alyssa Wilson: Problem Gambling in Today’s World: The Curious Case of Risk, Rules, and Real-Time Accessibility.

Bridget Taylor: Collaborative relationships with caregivers:  Proactive strategies to enhance adherence to treatment.

Nicole Gravina: Promoting Quality Feedback Conversations in Supervision.

We will also have posters and symposia presentations, offering a wide variety of topics in the field. Can I purchase a ticket to attend one day of the conference? 

We are not offering one day registrations. We have consent to share most of the invited speakers’ talks for one month on the WHOVA platform. Pending consent of the other presenters (symposia and papers), talks will be available asynchronously for one month. 

Is the conference going to be recorded? 

Attendees will have access to some invited speakers’ talks for one month. All other presentations are anticipated to be available for one month on the WHOVA platform, pending the consent of presenters. 

Is there a poster session option only for the conference? 

The ticket registration option for this year is a 2-day registration only. 

If I am presenting a poster do I need to attend the conference? 

If your poster is accepted and you are not able to attend, you can assign a new presenter who can register for the conference or you can withdraw your submission. We ask that you communicate any changes to the presenter or authors by sending an email to Please see the list of fees below. If you are not already an ONTABA member, the cost of registration is lower if you become a member.

How do I sign up for the AGM?
You do not need to attend the conference to attend the AGM as it is open to all ONTABA members. The AGM is being held from 5:15pm to 6:45pm on Thursday November 18th, 2021. Please click the following link to register for the AGM (you must register to attend):

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Can I register for the conference and pay by cheque? 

You may pay by cheque to register for the 2021 conference. Please email to make arrangements.

How can I get a group discount? 

To receive a 10% group discount, register 5 or more participants at one time. Enter the names and email addresses of each registrant and follow the prompts on the registration page for information on membership status and CEUs. Next, click “add registrant” to add up to 5 or more participants and repeat. 

Do I get free CEUs with my registration? 

Yes! ONTABA members get free CEUs, so please make sure you sign up using the email address that you use to log in to the ONTABA website. 

What is Whova? 

WHOVA is an all-in-one event management platform that helps attendees manage a virtual conference by providing networking opportunities. Event attendees use the WHOVA app to get the most out of events. Specifically, attendees can browse event brochures, agendas, and set personalized schedules. Further, the platform allows attendees to network with other attendees before, during, and after the event! WHOVA is available as a web and mobile app. To download the app, search “WHOVA” in the App Store on your iPhone or in Google Play on your Android phone. What is CEU Helper? 

CEUHelper is a web/mobile application for obtaining and tracking Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACBR ) CEUs, which will be used to manage and collect CEUs at the ONTABA Annual Conference. If you would like to be able to easily track CEUs on your mobile/tablet device, please visit to sign up for an account and download the app. We encourage attendees to download and familiarize themselves with the app before the conference.
